New Beginnings…
Along the River Severn
Already nearing the end of March and the joys of spring are clear to see, from the carpets of celandine along the banks of our stretch of the River Severn to the blossom on the fruit trees in our local park, when we’re out taking the dogs for their early morning walk before work.
Forget-Me-Nots
Here in the garden masses of tiny blue forget-me-nots we grow for pressing are popping up and right on time too… you could almost set your watch by them!
For the fellow designers
We mostly sell them in packs to other creatives for jewellery making. The rest we use for our own greetings card designs both in print form available all year round and our seasonal real flower designs until all the flowers run out!
Planting
Pretty pink ballerina roses also feature highly in our designs so I’ve been out planting more for the coming season.
Lighter Nights
Thank goodness the nights are getting lighter and the sun’s been shining so we can sit back, enjoy the fruits of our labour and listen to the evening bird song and the bees buzzing.
